The claims in the meme were about a "camp" for people who refused the COVID vaccine. That was a mutherfuggin lie, totally disproven. Four years ago. Pretty embarrassing. And still... you wanna play too.. okay...
The gaslighting garbage that you linked to is a misrepresentation of a set of rules that NY attempted to pass to clarify the powers of state and local authorities to issue isolation and quarantine decrees. Isolation and quarantines that would be used for individuals exposed or infected. With no mention of quarantines or isolation for... freedom loving individuals... just because they don't get vaccinated. That was not ever an intent. For one, they probably know there just ain't that much space to house that much stupid.
But I digress....
Quarantine and isolation powers are common.
EVERY fucking State has them.
