This is one of those million dollar questions, and I am glad to see it raised. Shaved-pussy is a testament to the pervasive power of porn, for better or worse. If this board could have magically existed in the seventies, not a single person would have said they preferred "bare" or "landing strip." That just didn't exist, and not for lack of razors. Shaving was reserved to panty and bikini lines. Okay, to answer the original question: I prefer natural, but neat. The seventies look, keep it neat, inside the pantie lines. But I'm shitouttaluck on that, I concede defeat. But this all raises another issue about which most people are misinformed, a cultural and medical issue that most people are simply dead wrong about. Shaved is not more sanitary, and not safer from disease.

Pubic hair serves at least two purposes:

One, it provides a dry lubrication function during sex. Don't believe me? Rub two sections skin together and see which glides easier (especially when sweaty)---two bare patches of flesh, or two patches with hair? Fur deflects friction, period.

Two, pubic hair is a barrier to disease, not a carrier. Most infectious organisms that thrive openly on warm, moist skin are less hardy on the much cooler, drier carpet of hair. God or Nature, whichever you prefer, designed it that way. It is very likely that all the shaving bare has contributed to the unprecedented explosion of STDs. To say nothing of the increased risk of infections from tiny nicks, cuts and scrapes that shaving invariably causes.

I can tell you this: A provider with a shaved cunt, tattoos and fake tits would have starved in 1978. For my nickel...it was so much better that way. In civilian situation most ladies were trimmed but kept their hair. The hobby seems like its more catered to the woman who shaves due to the volume.
