If you had purchased $1,000 of shares in Delta Airlines one year ago,

But, if you had purchased $1,000 worth of beer one year ago, drank all
the beer, then turned in the aluminum cans for the recycling refund,
you would have received $214.00.

Based on the above, the best current investment plan is to drink
heavily & recycle.

And as a bonus...

A recent study found that the average American walks about 900 miles a
year. Another study found that on average Americans drink 22 gallons of
alcohol a year. That means that the average American gets about 41
miles to the gallon!

Wow! I did not know that Americans were such high-mileage people!

I do know that the stock market is having serious problems just like the rest of the economy, but investing in your so-called 401-keg program instead of selecting some good stocks is asking for trouble.

That convoluted logic reminds me of the rotund comedian who recently noted on National television that sleeping burns about 80 calories per hour.

By using his convenient logic it then followed that the next time he ordered a large pizza, he would just need to sleep until noon to painlessly burn up the calories!

. . . However, we do not live in a cartoon candy land and life is much more complicated than most people can even understand.
