here's the problem- And I think anyone putting bombs anywhere is a problem, but there is this thing called "beyond a reasonable doubt". If they could get OJ off with that-- this lady aint got one single worry as to what they got. 80%-90% means atleast some doubt. It's not like DNA- where there is a 99.999% match, so there is some- and that's enough.

Like I said- it's a shame they cannot determine this, and while I think it's likely due to the bomb not going off- then it got shelved. Anyone else think its odd that we're still worrying about the past- and not the current state of affairs in DC? There’s a whole bunch of people that should be thrown in a deep, dark hole for a looooong time. I have no illusions that anyone will be held accountable for anything, but have no issues whatsoever with trying. At the very least Trump should be given a third term to make up for being hamstrung with ridiculous bullshit the entirety of his first.

The hooded person walked like the policeman does by 94% similarity. Ok. Does she have an alibi on the day in question? Any fingerprints or DNA to tie her to the device etc? That's not only a weak case, but circumstantial at best.

She could get inducted perhaps , but never convicted based only on these analysis.

It uses a pseudo scientific method to match a person’s gait with crime scene video footage.

Gait analysis is an unproven technique, not allowed as scientific evidence in court, and should not be used to determine guilt or innocence by anyone. In fact it should only be used to possibly determine whether a person should be subject to further investigation.

This entire thread is nothing more than a bad example of crockpot conspiracy thinking at its finest.
