My wife is here legally She has her green card She has a driver's license but she can't vote but all you guys know better with the green card you have very little rights in this country anybody that's not a citizen cannot collect any social security benefits they pay into them but they can not receive them.
When I went through a divorce the first time there was people that I worked with said your wife left you, you will get your house. She will get nothing. That's so funny once you go through a divorce and find out the real laws. It's up to the judge and the way it worked out for me with the money from my house was worth would split 60/40 and I wasn't the person who received the 60%. My lawyer told me there's people that had four kids or more the man got absolutely nothing It's all up to the judge.

And I'm telling you, you can't become a citizen You can't even fill the paperwork out until you've had your green card for a minimum of three and a half years. So if you was working for a legitimate company they're going to take out social security out of your pay and you are going to receive nothing out of that including once you get your citizenship whatever you paid into that means absolutely nothing it doesn't start counting until you're a citizen so if it takes 8 years that's 8 years that you paid into social security and you receive zero credit for that so it's a win-win situation for the government.
