Yes, for personal consumption. Not large quantities for resale.

Cascadas is great for what it is: a hotel room in a brothel. The rooms are the nicest in the zona, and if you plan on taking up Hong Kong or Bar Tropical girls, it will save you a lot of money -- enough to pay for the room in some cases. If you get the VIP card there is a big discount on the rooms, and on Mon & Tues they are 70% off, so they pay for themselves with one chica (not counting the cost of the VIP card itself).
Some downsides:
1) The rooms can be noisy -- you are in a 24/7 whorehouse, so expect it and be prepared with earplugs.
2) The rooms are expensive without the discount, especially one of the upgraded rooms like a jacuzzi or master suite.
3) Pretty much only Hong Kong or Bar Tropical girls will come to your room (some street girls). If you want to try an escort agency or take a girl from a different bar, you'll need to rent a room in a different hotel.
4) Security is poor. Every one of the cleaners has access to your room. On multiple occasions I've had guests walk into my room thinking it was theirs. A couple of the times it was because the front desk gave them my room while I was using it, but I've also had guys just walk into the wrong room -- their key just worked on my lock. I have no idea how many times that has happened when I WASN'T there! Keep your valuables in the safe.
If you are planning on only taking up Hong Kong (or related) girls, Cascadas is a good choice -- especially on a Mon-Tues.
Personally, I stay in a regular hotel outside the Zona because I like to use escort agencies. I will occasionally get a discounted room in the Zona at Cascadas, or Coahuila, or Rizo de Oro in addition to my regular hotel room, just for the convenience of having a place to relax and charge my phone for a few minutes in between fichas.
