I would like to see the UN out of the US - it has become dominated by reprobates such a Putin, N Korea, etc. UN refused to sanction Hamas for its terrorism against Israel - led by the Kuwaitis - after we shed blood to liberate them from Saddam.

However - I cannot verify the statement that "UN wants to criminalize discussion of illegal immigration." Those countries over-run by illegal immigrants - Italy, Hungary, and others have had enough and refuse to cooperate with the UN vision of unfettered migration anywhere the migrants want to go.
On the other hand - if the UN criminalizes discussion of that topic- they cannot very well continue to debate without criminalizing themselves. Perhaps they should do so - despite the fact that the UN cannot prosecute individuals - only the ICC can do that.
The International Criminal Court (ICC or ICCt) is an intergovernmental organization and international tribunal that sits in The Hague in the Netherlands. The ICC has the jurisdiction to prosecute individuals for the international crimes of
genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes.
