Last night Jose was following Irma's tracking and giving those poor souls another dose of some Cat 3 on top of the Cat 5 blow they just suffered. Barbuda was 95% uninhabitable after Irma so now the other 5% is gone and they didn't even know Jose was coming because they had no power or communication (to the knowledge of the outside world*).

*I suspect at least someone has aux power and a "ham" system, but they have to get word in and then out across the island.

There was no much to save, but a couple of days to put something together as shelter for the next assault.
