If you'll recall, back in November of last year we started getting reports of this new disease in Central America called Zika. The White House downplayed any fears that the migration of Central Americans did not pose any threat to the USA. Here we are today; the Olympics may close because of Zika, we have confirmed cases in this country, we have at least one athlete with Zika, and we have the democrats playing politics with the health of this country.
The House voted to take 1.1 billion dollars from Obamacare and Ebola funding to start the process of protecting us against Zika. Not good enough say the democrats. We want more money (1.9 billion) and we don't want it taken away from the very fragile Obamacare money, and we don't want to have to account for the Ebola money that we spent on other things. So the democrats in the Senate have preemptively went after the House bill.
What is wrong with these people?
