Or instead of p411, have a 30 minute session with a provider you've seen before and that you know will be a reference for you.

It may depend on who your references are, and just how long ago you saw them. Some ladies can work with a bit less hard and fast screening, if the info is solid.

"Recent" has different meanings to different ladies. Maybe ask how recent does she need.

I like them to be within the last 12months. Some ladies may want 6 months or 6 weeks.

I personally won't give a reference if it's been over 12mo. I think too much can happen if it's been over that length of time.
