I was having problems too and I'm only 37. I was also very tired and worn down all the time. I went to a doctor who specializes in hormones and she found that my testosterone level was very low, less than half of what it should have been. I get hormone replacement therapy, a weekly shot, and helped a lot. So you might consider that. Men can have hormone problems too!

As far as the place mentioned above, I'd be a bit skeptical of that. Now if I could see a female doc, I might give it a try! But there's not a man doc in the world that will ever massage my dick or do anything to it, especially when its erect! I wonder if they have female docs?

I can assure you that there are no legal generic versions of viagra, cialis, or levitra yet. If there were, my insurance would not allow a pharmacy to give me the brand name. I suppose I could research when the patents expire, but I'm too lazy right now.

As I've said in other threads, ED is a real medical condition. To treat it you should only go to a real doctor. Don't risk your overall health by trying to cut corners.

when it comes dieting you need to start by eliminating the toxins, excess sugar and salt. you want to get away from processed foods and eat more fruits and vegetables. examples, I used to munch on chips now I eat walnuts. its whole grain pasta, sprouted bread, small amounts of lean meats, rarely beer, no soda pop, stay away from cakes, donuts, fried chicken. just reading the lables of the canned goods I was shocked by what I was eating. I wasn't trying to lose lbs but I loss 8 lbs without realizing it in no time. now I pole vault out of bed in the morning.

You are right, Mayday! It will definitely make a difference! So many of our problems in life, I've learned, are dietary in nature. Lots of things can be corrected with that. My doctor put me on the South Beach Diet and it works very well. She had me keep a diary of what I was eating every day and after a month I was very shocked!
