Sharper Charged in Nola??
Im confused. I thought if there was a rape allegation, there had to be evidence. And usually that evidence is needed right after it occurred such as DNA, examination, toxicology, etc. How is it all of the sudden women are saying he did the same thing but months ago, and he is being charged?
Will an attorney please explain this to me? I think if there is evidence that the guy is guilty then yes put him away. But if its purely "she said", then it opens up the doors for other women to accuse some innocent guy, and ruin his life, when its not proven.
