Some of us have ZERO problems setting appointments. Some of us every now and then have issues. Then there are those times.... like when I tried to set an appointment with Nikki White.
The following most closely describes how I felt dealing with Nikki. I'm Bill Cosby and of course Nikki is the little lady from the south. I'm not mad at Nikki at all. I'm sure she just had an off day.

I'm originally from North, South Carolina. No-with (north). There's a little town in South Carolina called Due West. North Carolina? No South Carolina, it's in South Carolina. No-with is 90 miles southeast of Due West. No-with is south of the Capitol, Columbia, you understand?

Maybe she wasn't having an off day, but was just suffering from this Texas heat. Then promised to give you the correct directions, but instead didn't because she felt too embarrassed.
Hey SL! I've had the same challenge scheduling with NW. She's always so flakey with me with her PMs. She asks stupid questions or makes dumb assumptions but never answers my fucking question: When and what time are you available for an appointment in Austin?
Probably the most simply put question she's ever been asked but somehow she always manages to dodge the answer. It's not fucking rocket science.
