P411 system with Android Phone

Is anyone else having problems with P411. I am unable to select a different city. Used to work ok. Having issues with P411 help desk understand that the phone does not use IE10. I have have had issues with my Android tablet working with both ECCIE and P411.

Please move to proper forum if this is wrong place.

My Samsung Galaxy Tab 2, Android Tablet works just fine with P411. Just did a new search on a new city and it worked fine. And it works with both P411 and ECCIE without any problems.
