I'm a face man, so I took particular note of this comment by Cityjazz: "She’s is quite pretty, but not DDG."

So Dyana is "pretty" but not beautiful (unlike Presley, who has the looks of a movie star). And she has fake boobs, which means that they don't jiggle and aren't soft to the touch. And even though her reviews describe passionate intensity and an athletic body, neither of those things can substitute for a beautiful face and natural boobs.
