I usually vacation in the RGV in March this year flying down from Minnesota instead of driving. Don't know if you have been back to Nuevo Progreso since your wonderful encounter above, but are things tense at the border with the latest going on. I know Progreso has always been at least a little insulated from trouble but if there is any new info I would appreciate any info. Thanks.
