I did NNN a few years ago and it’s wasn’t bad at all. I saved a ton of money from not hobbying and physically it wasn’t as hard as I thought. Anything that can challenge my discipline, it’s worth giving it a try.

hahah yeah just a day in and a I'm already on the ropes. I tried a few years ago as well and failed but have heard some really good things about it. Helps with regulating your mind as well and keeps you sane at old age, this year I plan to go all the way despite hobbying

I think your GP is nuts. Haha, pardon the pun. Mostly, I've heard the opposite. The more you ejaculate, the better not only for your prostate but for your general physical and mental well-being. Anyway, you don't have to go broke seeing prostitutes to relieve yourself. Jerking off is still a cheap and efficient way to keep the pipes cleared.

She could be but there are health benefits of keeping your seed intact for a month. It only affects the prostate and mental being in a negative manner if you go overboard with it
