I saw her today and she told me to relax several times. Maybe more than 10 times. Each time I would do my best to relax more than I already was, and she would just say “good” and keep going. In the end, she didn’t give me a handy so maybe that was part of it. But it was my first time seeing her so she probably didn’t want to risk it.
