Make all information Available ?
If your moving NCNS reviews to coed, why not allow providers to see ros for ncns. If you look at Mercianna ncns, she is responding to blank space without knowing the full facts.

Interesting idea, but that would still require moving private info to public view, which should require OP's approval.

But, as it was never suppose to be a Review, then thre never should have been any ROS to begain with. It is an issue staff/owners will have to discuss

True, but any posting could still have private info. Since the OP but the info in the ROS area, I would think private tags would be implied. Just an opinion.
I do agree the posting in question is pretty useless since one of the parties in question cannot read on respond to the ROS info. I do think the OP should re-post the ROS private info on the NC/NS posting if he truly wants to share this info with the provider in question. It should be his call to publicize his ROS.

IF the person who is posting a NC/NS issue uses the Review template by mistake OR design, sucks to be them and the penalty should be to convert it to a new thread format by removing the tags for ROS completely so the provider can fairly read and respond if needed.

If a review is mistakenly posted, and moved to Coed, wouldn't it make sense to remove that review from said provider's profile? It really does put a damper on things...

Actually Alice you are correct, we generally assign no show reviews to a NSNC profile as has now happened with yours.

Reviews NS/NC
Ok so how am I suppose to know when I look at reviews of a provider if she has NCNS??? It seems it should be on the reviews and then moved to Coed.
I sure want to be able to look at a provider's reviews and know that she had a NCNS.
So, should a more detail be put into a NCNS review so that it get there?? This just seems to let bad business practices go unnoticed.
How does that help the community?? Also, is it fair equally to both Hobbyists and Providers??
Please let me know. Thanks.

Alerts aren't linked to providers names either. Do a simple search of her name in CO-ED, reviews and alerts. Unless of course you are just posting this for other reasons, you know better.

There was no promise that an announcement would be made here. If there is no need for a change, there is nothing to announce.

I respectfully disagree. Assuming the owners/staff care about good customer relations (something that is apparent on P411, but less apparent here), when a "Super Moderator" states the "the staff/owners will have to discuss", the board users can conclude: - The staff/owners looked into it and decided to make a change
- The staff/owners decided not to make a change
- It is still pending a staff/owner review
NOT saying anything implys the latter. But to have decided not to make a change, and then deciding to keep it from the membership would be an additional indication of poor customer relations, disrespect, arrogance, or all three.
