The only one bored out of there minds. Someone contact me lets break the boredom. It's to early for sleeping. I've got somethings I could use help with. Primary task at this time is finishing the sheetrock. Over 1/2 done. But I've also got a few other small tasks I could use help with.

I know my way around a sheetrock knife. Never used the banjo before, but open to trying on someone else's wall

Mudding is the easier part. If done right, there will be hardly any sanding. You just have to be patient and have multiple size taping knives. Use the smaller knife first. Let it dry a day. Then move up to the next size and let it dry. The widest knife is last.

Thanks all. I'm at a place now where I have to piece things together. The people I had helping me learn exactly smooth there's plenty of standing to be done but I do have a sander to work with it. Since I do only rent this place don't think I want to buy it I'm going as cheap as I can on the room so the sheetrock is pieces not full sheets but it's almost done. Thank you earlyriserpaul for coming to help last night.

Thank you for the tips. I've worked enough construction sites I have the how to knowledge but very little hands on. All the tips I can get are appreciated.
