Where is best place for L2? I know of W-New, but looking for a change. Research shows hit and miss L2. KK spa?

Wendy will do L2, she might Saranwrap you though. Just make sure you show that you still got plenty of cash when you pay the door fee and get a little handset with her in the massage. I probably won’t see her again but she went straight for l2 when I went.
