#11 - Review "Quacking" , a term which describes openly proclaiming falsehood in reply to a review, will be strongly discouraged by our staff. If you believe a review to be false, use the RTM function to report it to your local staff.
Earlier today during our weekly conference call we discussed how little people know about Eccie Rule #11. They might be aware in general terms but are not aware of the term quacking.
Tell me what it means to you. Let's keep it short and on topic.
