Just drove from Amarillo to Lubbock.....and man the rain was fierce

I like being wet but prefer a different kind of moisture...haha!

On another note...been eating like crap the last couple of days, so I need a restaurant in lubbock that can make rabbit food sound appealing.....bonus if it's tasty!
Figured I would ask early in hopes I would have a couple of choices based on the locals experience.

On the rabbit food nite: Jason's Deli Has a great salad bar and its on the South Loop where you have stayed before.

We had a souper salad here in Midland. I say had because it closed. I ate there once and wouldn't go back. The food was good, nice selection, but pricey as hell for damn soup and salad IMO.

Rain has been great this year and provided some good photo ops not normally seen. It's very beneficial everything is luscious and green east of Southland down towards Sweetwater.
