I would like to know what areas are SAFE to be in.

Safe as in not thuggish?

West University, River Oaks, The Woodlands Are Considered Clean & Pretty Safe. However, Always Be Mindful Of Your Surroundings.

If You see a Food Town, Fallas,10,000 Taco Trucks or Timmy Chans in the area it's not safe it's thuggish.

I have lived in Pasadena for about 3 years and I have seen no thugs. Even though we have plenty of taco trucks, fallas and food town. All I have seen here are plant workers and working class Mexicans. However, I do agree with your point, in general.

As far as your profiling statement...I'm writing/speaking from experience. I own a few middle to upper class properties on the North Side And Heights Area. Therefore, Yes, They Are Hard Working Mexican People, There Are Also An Abundance Of Thugs In The Area. (Hence My "Target Practice Hobby)....Chaos in the area. I'm always on my tip toes.
*A Few handy man hobbiest have done some fixer upper work at my properties, so sure they can vouch.*

I host Pasadena once a week.
Where are the best taco trucks. lol really don't judge.

Babe, I was just poking at ya. until I get a chance to poke ya. But it is true, the local Kroger was replaced by a Food Town, the neighborhood took a turn for the worse. Thugs congregate in lower income neighborhoods. It's Just the way it is. Nothing racial about it, just demographics.
