Default Newbie problems
OK here is my dilemma, every provider I would like to spend time with says they're not newbie friendly or I must have references. Since I am new to this, I do not have any references and all the providers I am interested in require this. Any help?

Not to be a dick, but you may have to see some of the newbie friendly providers to gain some credit. I know there are lots out there that will see you being you are a newbie. Once you have those, you will be able to see the ones you are Intrested in
