Halligan has no idea of protocol for grand juries or prosecution. She a ambulance chaser defender of insurance companies. They know only two things. My client was never there, let alone driving that car, and how much to put this baby to bed. Never had to learn the ins and out of court procedures - when you're busy settling cases instead of litigating them
