I think I heard this Atlanta cop was about three years as an officer .... I suspect during his weekly shifts he averaged about 40 contacts with citizens a week (based on a 40 hour shift and no doubles) if he stayed busy and that would be about 2,000 a year ... if you want to be conservative say 20 a shift or a 1,000 a year. Times three years = 3,000 to 6,000 citizen contacts.

HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF HIM BEFORE?

And in Atlanta with about 60% of the population Black statistically speaking he had contact with roughly 1,500 to 3,000 Black citizens. Is this incident "systemic"? Is he a "Racist"?

Not really. Several years ago .... like 15+ .... a lady was complaining to me about all the "crime" in Kingwood ... burb in Houston metro are if you're not familiar that is "upscale" ... and I asked what kind of crime .... "breaking into homes and apts"

Pct 4 stays business and they have a long geographic area to cover ..... Stores nearby burglarized, robberies, assaults, ... not to mention an almost epidemic failure to obey traffic laws on the streets .... even in subdivisions .... causing major collisions.

The "lock down" made driving reasonable in this area.


The flooding of Harvey changed the areas ... just like Katrina did here .... when folks fled Louisiana. There was flooding by the low-lying neighborhoods in Houston were destroyed .... and isolated due to street issues.

And Pct 4 was inundated with pies, cookies, etc at their stations ... from the appreciative residents of the Pct ..... You can look it up on their facebook .... they added some new deputies. They seem to be laying off the spas recently ... and I haven't seen any stings in almost a year. The spa girls and indies over here should start baking more!
