How would they do that? Federal judges are appointed for life. The only way to remove them is for the House to impeach and the Senate to convict, just like the POTUS. It hardly ever happens, and when it does, it has to be for a good reason.

that is one way to do it.
another way is do what Thomas Jefferson did which was to fire the judges. I think he had to dissolve the district to do it. Yes, he actually did this.
