Look - If you're a so-called "legal" alien in this country, you're free to buy your own health insurance. If you came here to work or study, you are free to avail yourself of any health insurance provided by your employer or by the college/university you enroll in.

But you should NOT be able to apply for - or receive - free healthcare paid for or subsidized by US taxpayers. That's a benefit you only earn AFTER you become a full US citizen.

If you think it's ok to force US taxpayers to pick up the tab for healthcare subsidies for non-citizens, just say so.

The table in post #46 lists 6 programs where that was happening. Republicans repealed them, saving taxpayers an estimated $193 billion. Do you want to restore all or some of them? If so, feel free to justify.
