Just in case someone didn't know, if you allow FB to get your contacts from your email address or phone contacts you might be advertising in the wrong area. I found 2 providers personal FB pages because they had one or both of those syncing with FB and they showed up in my "You Might Know This Person" area to ask for a friend request. On my end I had a phone number in but it didn't have permission to check my accounts, same with email, I double checked.
I have a separate fb account just for the hobby too and they aren't linked.
One quick way to keep your cache clear is to use "Private Browsing" mode with your web browser. When you close it, all of that sessions info is removed and nothing left in the history either
