Actually tommy he is right, the president can declassify information. But it is supposed to be used on an emergency basis, whereas there is a national emergency and there is no time to go through tha declassification process.
Or he must show someone something that above thier current security level they need to do thier job and there is no time to upgrade the security level of the individual that needs the information immediately!
Not to entertain guests at a party to show how important you are!
And I wasnt joking when in an earlier post I said that Im sure many spys came away from Mar-a-lago with thier iphones chock full of America's most classified secrets.
