No body has mentioned Vancouver. I used to go skiing in Vancouver all the time and saw multiple providers there. They have lots of gorgeous girls there and they were all great. I used to use the local Canada web site that I think was listed in this thread already.
Brazil was great too. Girls everywhere available. Not sure how the one guy got them for free. I had to pay.
Argentina is another country that is rarely mentioned. To me it was very similar to Brazil. Perhaps not quite as good but close. You could go into a bar and every girl there was available. They used the provider angle to supplement their income. Most had regular jobs and lives.
