Annie, I love your posts and spunky personality BUT I gotta disagree.
A quick perusal of your agency reviews indicate "bbbj" more frequently than "cbj." I apologize in advance for getting graphic and technical but if your girls are any good at what they do, they come in contact with precum more often than not. Any viruses present in semen are also present in precum. The additional risks of swallowing semen are nominal because stomach acid obliterates viruses and bacteria. The one notable exception is that HPV (the virus responsible for cervical cancer) has been found in a significant percentage of people who have throat cancer. But if your girls bbbj (especially with DT), they expose themselves to this risk even if they do not cim or swallow.
On the other hand, the health benefits of ingesting semen from a HEALTHY man are well documented. Here is just one of many examples:
