Have done it in the past - and so far the month has been that way (just been busy with other stuff). But in the past when I followed, I hit the gym regularly and could workout more for sure.

I don't see that as being practical, especially for guys with normal "T" levels. If "T" levels are normal, you are going to have desire. You will have the urge to want to hookup.

Not sure what part of it is not practical to you, there are given medical benefits of keeping it intact. If you are on T or have naturally high T, doesn't mean you got to banging a hooker or rubbing one out jerking off to porn.
