Same here I am trying to hit gym 5 to 6 days a week, except I am just 25 to 27 years junior to you.
Alas, you're my inspiration,I would be glad if I'm in next 20 years enter a hotel to bang the hot Latina at that age and will have a good laugh reading this.
BTW couldn't agree more, weight workout, protein and avoiding carb is the key.
