Agreed. The first thing I do upon procuring an incall is to investigate the AC to make sure it's nice and cold. No one likes to feel uncomfortably hot when meeting someone for the first time or engaging in activities that will make your body temperature rise anyway.

Not an issue unless you 're outside. Even with a/c, if it's a little sweaty for
both it can be stimulating watching the beads on her body. Then you can
continue in the shower.

Never to hot, I kind of like a sweet tasting salt lick. mmmmmmm....

However i would have to agree that a shower sure breaks the ice (so to speak) when you first get there. And who know's a shower in the end might get that engine reved up again.
