I was wondering the same thing...
As far as no pricing in the ad, I just see it as Nikki said, an inconvenience. As long as the lady has a showcase or link to a website that is kept up to date it shouldn't be real time consuming or anything. Now the ladies that don't have a showcase or another site to link to may end up getting less business...
