I suspect a 30 FOR 30 ESPN docu-film will soon be commissioned detailing Tom's preferences such matters.

Don't bet on it. The NFL hasn't interviewed anyone yet; they are giving the Pats time to "get their story straight"........

Look to the equipment manger to be the fall guy. But anyone of intelligence won't believe that an "equipment manager" took it upon himself to deflate Brady's balls without Brady's knowledge or instructions.

Brady more than likely made his preference for air pressure clear to the equipment manager well before the game. It could have been anytime during the season, hell it could have been in the preseason it doesn't matter. That way the equipment manager could act on his own anytime he wanted to which leaves Brady with PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY (how do like that for a big legal term, fucktards have brains two).

The filming cheating scandal the Patriots had in 2007 took months to be completed. The NFL investigators interviewed dozens of people. You can bet the same thing will happen now. It could be a while before we know what comes out of all this.

Now I've got to go over to the eccie's Boston threads and stir up some shit.

Not even woth it ,those Boston threads are pathetic, are they all gay or something?

Maybe. But this is a girl question. (And from someone who rarely watches football but for some reason, I watched a bit this season)

If a team is caught cheating, wouldn't they forfeit a game? Even if it's afterward? I think that someone alluded to this in a previous post.

Has something like this ever happened in football? Or is it just that they're charge some sort of fee?

I don't believe that I've HEARD of football teams overtly cheating like this. Guess that it's not too rare of an issue?

I know. Plebian question(s).

News Flash.... Due to New England Cheating... the Dallas Cowboys are going to the Super bowl...

When you are the Best .. people will be gunning for you. This is the case with New England. Bringing up the past of spy gate etc does no good. New England could beat almost any team with their eyes closed.... matter of fact... New England to Win the Superbowl is my prediction

Each offense uses their own balls. So no, it would not have helped both teams.

Former Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman has weighed in on Deflategate and he thinks that the Patriots should be in for a harsh punishment from the NFL. Aikman made an appearance on Sportsradio 1310 The Ticket on Thursday and said he believed that it is "obvious" quarterback Tom Brady was involved in deflating the footballs
What the hell does Troy Aikman know he only won three Super Bowls.

Most sports have a little thing called RULES but who gives a shit about that right. When Brady goes to the Super Bowl maybe he can talk the field superintendent into making the field 95 yards long.

If the equipment manager is honest and rats Brady out as the culprit. It will become a "he said / he said" standoff......the NFL comish can then rule "no foul"...and the Patriots get away with cheating without a penalty, again.

BTW, NFL Commissioner Goodell is very very good friends with NE Patriots owner Kraft.

Picture of them at Kraft's house the night before AFC game:

The good side to this story is that the Cowboys are no longer the most hated team in America....even if Jerry Jones is still the owner.

No no no---- people still Hate Jerry more than anyone else in the NFL and just because the NFL commissioner goes to NE's owners house....what is your point? that he would not do anything towards NE if they are accused of cheating and thereby subject himself to liability? Yeaaaa dont know how you see this playing out.

Omg I am not even a NE fan however this is the most childish nonsense. Even if the balls were not inflated correctly..the question is would this have caused an advantage over the colts to effect the outcome of the game.... COMEEEEE on we all know the answer is No - the Colts got their ass handed to them ---This had nothing to do with ball pressure size, they were outclassed, out matched and slapped around.

Your moral judgement is very poor; the standard isn't "what difference does it make, the cheater was gonna win anyway"....

Your faith in NFL Commissioner Goodell to do the right thing is stupefying.

In the NFL you can catch the ball get tackled and never lose the ball. The ball never hits the ground. And, it is ruled an incomplete pass. I say don't even play with a football. Just use a pretend football. The NFL ultimately decides who makes it to the Super bowl anyway. $$$$
