No, he just makes fun of Trump everyday. That's not he same as initiating a lawsuit everyday.
In this case, the admin was sued for failing to use the contingency fund, which can cover nearly two-thirds of the funds needed for a full month of benefits. And it must be used when regular funding for SNAP runs short. Trump admin is trying to say there's no monry but those funds were appropriated in 2024 and 2025.
There's not much need to get clarification, unless, like Trump, you're playing games like a petulant child

A contingency fund is supposed to be used for natural disasters, not man-made ones purposely inflicted on us by petulant Democrats.
Raiding the contingency fund is at best a temporary palliative. If they weren't so lacking in common sense, those 25 state AGs would have sued Chuck Schumer and his petulant Democrats for manufacturing the SNAP crisis by irresponsibly shutting down funding for the entire federal government.

Of course it's temporary, but you're also wrong about purpose.

"Our Government lawyers do not think we have the legal authority to pay SNAP with certain monies we have available, and now two Courts have issued conflicting opinions on what we can and cannot do," Trump said in a post on his social media platform Friday evening.
"If we are given the appropriate legal direction by the Court, it will BE MY HONOR to provide the funding, just like I did with Military and Law Enforcement Pay," Trump said, referring to the shifting of funds that has been used to pay troops as the shutdown has stretched on.

LOLLING- since when did TRUMP follow the law or encourage anyone else to do the same thing. Twist or contort, or break it outright- yep. 34 felonies and assault charges etc., prove my point. If he cared about funding for SNAP benefits, he'd have not overlooked the emergency contingency funding. He loves to hurt the least advantaged of the public; so much so, that instead of being focused on getting the two sides together to get consensus and re-open the government, he's doing nothing. AND to quote him "if you have a government shut down- its the presidents fault".
Instead he's looking over blueprints for a tawdry bordello dance hall, and throwing parties at his golf hotel--- on the time of the public who desperately need leadership, and the government up and running again; instead they are getting nothing but a guy who throws the finger at 50% of the country and fly's his imaginary plane overhead and shits on them. Such class. Wondering if any of you would have not just lost your ever-loving minds if Barry Obama would have done even 1/10th of this idiocy.
Trump doesn't follow laws; he regularly breaks any of them that either slow him down or are in his way. - the imagination of sending troops into cities not requesting that help, the elimination of programs that were passed by congress, and termination of federal employees whimsically and without any rationalization that is voted on etc. He only rules by executive order and frankly- should be the reason he's tossed out within the next 12-24 months. Tick Tock mfer.

Looks like the giant baby has said he's now not gonna follow through with court orders to use the emergency funding. Why doesn't that surprise anyone? I would have been shocked if he actually followed a lawful order ever, especially if it's while he's been dictator in chief.

Trump is doing the exact right thing if he ignores them. These rando judges need to be put in their place, if they want to be president they can run a campaign and try.

Aren't federal judges there to put guardrails up to keep the legislative and executive branches in check. Pretty sure that's how our Democratic Republic is set up. Who diagrees with that supports a leader to be a king vs a president.
