I couldn't agree more and this is common sense to the majority of folks that have been around the hobby for a while. I think the major influx of the problems arise from Newbies who do not take or are willing to put forth the effort needed to become a hobbyist. No one is willing to "crawl before they walk" and I'm sure the Ladies see this with emails they get on a daily basis with inappropriate comments etc. 

 But that is another topic altogether.
90% of the hobbyists I've met at M&G's etc have all been "Gentlemen", and I try to be as well.
