Late Night/Last Minute Callers...what's the deal?

Nina, I hear ya on the 'WTF?' when you get up in the morning and see you had middle of the night calls. I don't answer my phone after 9ish, but it is a 24/7 world. I just hate it when I forget to turn the damn thing off and get woken up from my beauty rest!
I was recently in NYC and had a couple of Wall Street guys call and ask to see me at 6am! They explained they work 12 hours a day and that was the window they had to work with. I couldn't manage to roll with it. 9-10 am is the earliest I can put on a happy face.
My good friend reminded me that morning appointments are no muss/no fuss 'cause the gents have to get on with their day...and what a way to put some pep in your step!
I'm a cocktail date girl: I truly enjoy sitting down, having a drink, getting to know someone before we go get cozy. So bring the mimosas if you want to see me in the morning!

True...however, I'm not IN New Orleans. The red stick is not a 24 hr town...and I'm fine with that. When I want a 24 time, I head right down the road to nola and get it.
