A) Would you rather have a nicer place (downtown, Riverwalk, etc.), but maybe pay a little more?

B) Or a cheaper place, therefore cheaper donation.

Something safe for parking cars (no drive in motels like something with a colored roof) which has interior access to guest rooms on the Northside of town.

Hmm...Well a combination of a, and b with emphasis on safety and discretion gets my vote. C happens anyway..lol
Anywhere where you don't enter the room from the street but is easily accessed. A place where there is a bit of privacy from prying eyes or nosey guests would be of great appeal.
Downtown sucks for the simple logistics of ingress and egress, not to mention parking...Just my thoughts.

Northside please. Medical Center my personal preference. Location matters to me more than where the entry door is located. Should feel safe there day or night.

Modest without being 'run down' works. I don't feel the need (or desire) to pay extra for fancy hotel sh*t that I won't be there long enough to use.

Is this a trick question? lol. Downtown is nice but the parking can be a pain and if means your rates will increase then Im sure most would pass. Cheap places are ok to get the job done but then you get what you pay for (depending on how "cheap" you mean). How about a happy middle ground, not too pricey but not so cheap a person feels skeeved out just walking into the place. I personally think, if its got a lobby Im down to hobby

Oh yeah, there was a similar thread a while back except it was:
a) Private Residence (Apt)
b) Nice Hotel
c) cheap motel

or something like that. Lot of good opinions in that one too.

First and foremost it would have to be a place that is safe to park in without a lot of "parking-lot mongers (people who 'live' outside)"

I would prefer a nice apartment.
Then I would prefer a nice but affordable hotel (with access through a lobby and no adjoining rooms)

I prefer airport area.
Then I prefer Med-center area.

I never go Downtown. Downtown is for tourists.

Med center is great! Plus the hotels out by 151 and seaworld are nice and safe.. No downtown terrible parking!
