And you're proof of the nutritional value of it...
 55 calories...385 grams of sodium...3 grams of fat...per wing...

Boneless wings actually are much worse than regular wings, but it's the sauce that drives it out of the park. Check out a similar listing from Buffalo Wild Wings.http://onemorepound.com/wp-content/u...ional_Info.pdf
The wing by itself is bad at 66g of sodium, but horrific at 178g of sodium per boneless wing. Now add a hot sauce at 1200g of sodium for 6 normal wings (200g each) or 5 boneless wings (240g each) and you get 266g of sodium per wing or 418g of sodium per boneless wing.

Dunk each wing in ranch dressing and you're at 130 calories, 11g of fat, 344g of sodium, and 30g of cholesterol...per wing...

So yeah...it's correct...as if Amy wasn't living proof of that fact sheet link...

Ok, put yourself in early mesopotamia. Forget the cromagnon reference. What would they be capable of making? Various meats. Poultry, fish, pork, beef possibly, and wild game.
Perhaps some dairy most likely goat cheese and milk.
Some form of bread/grain I'm sure unleavened like pita.
Obviously vegetables because they knew how to farm.
If it was churned out en masse in a factory that's processed. What you want to stay away from.

this thread is mean, rude, yet funny and entertaining. just to add my 2 cents i think all women r stunning.(being bi) I find all women attractive. Its to each his own for sure. My personal opinion is that big women are so much more fun to be around because their attitude is so much more welcoming. Spinner,BBW, who cares? there is a women for every man/women. As long as she treats you good, and makes you feel 10 feet tall especially after a session that is all that should matter.

I am God. Can I judge? (very nice, I want to judge them).

You need to loose 50 lb. Do it now, or you will regret it later.

It is nothing to do with feelings or what men find attractive. It is all to do with your future health.

Hmmm - I like your tits, but I still think you can lose 50 lb, your tits will still be nice.

I love hearing the same old "I exercise, my blood pressure is normal, I'm in good health" from fat people...typical...
They'll be saying that right up until its too late to fix...

Wow this thread is sooooo long.....lol Congrats on your success with losing weight Wakeup! As far as my feelings about obesity I say "Live and let live" as long as your not hurting anyone else. We all have our own addictions, and our own problems. If you want a change then you will change it! If not them you have the right to live your life the way you want like everyone on the face of this planet.
