Well, I find that the link is not exactly true when it comes to taste, in my personal experience. Some guys are a little bitter and salty, but many are mild and very sweet. Any way, I love to suck and swallow every last drop out, if I go even a day or two without any, I start craving it even more.

I tend to agree w/ the ladies that have already spoken up... I love it and crave it madly when i've not gotten it for a while. As for the link, I agree that a protein shake being the best way to start your day!
