Well lets see. Although this maybe hypothetical it can surely happen. A provider is pinned on the bed and is being choked by her client who is much larger. The provider attempts to fight him off but is unsuccessful and now fears for her life. She kept a handgun under the pillow and reaches for it. At point blank range she fires one shot at her assailants head killing him in defense of her own life. Now she can be charged with something, but it won't be murder. I'll retract that. She may initially be charged with murder but unlikely she would be convicted of it.

Well lets see now, Guy is 6'4 280lbs and Lady is 5'2 110lbs. As you know guys are stronger than ladies and they pretty much can manhandle a lady if wanted too.

Situation #1: Guy is going at it with lady, flips her to Mish, guy goes at it pretty hard, lady tells him he's hurting her, guy gets even more excited puts his hands around her neck and starts to choke her. So what is the lady supposed to do, lay there and take it? No, she's going to use all means necessary to escape and if that means pulling out a 9mm, then so be it. Pretty sure when the cops show up there's going to be enough physical evidence that they will drop all charges or not charge her with anything.

when I used to date a provider, she went out on a call and got attacked. hair pulled, punched, you name it. She was able to pull herself free and hid inside a car. She called completely distraught and I had to go pick her up to make sure she was ok. I feel like if she had some kind of weapon on her she would've been able to defend herself better. I mean she is a pretty tough kid who wouldn't take shit from anyone, but this guy was way bigger and just over powered her. I remember her telling me, "You're just a hooker, you like getting sticked up your ass?" She was so shaken and scared, it just wasn't right.

On another night, one of her provider friends were killed. I'm not sure how or why, but I remember her being very sad, telling me how she was kept in her apartment by her pimp and was a big drug addict. This was back in Chicago. There's some dark stuff going on around this business...

There's numerous ways a lady can protect herself or at least try to without using a gun. I have a gun, but I don't pull it unless I plan on killing the person. You don't aim to hurt, you aim to kill. Any cop will tell you that.

When I first started escorting, I was attacked. A nice punch to the throat and a slamming of my high heel on his foot abled me to get out of the room.

In the heat of the moment its hard to really think about what you're able to do, but you'll try anything and find a weak spot.
