Signature Lines
Recently I saw a poll on the main site that asked if we thought providers would still post if they could no longer have a signature line. Has anyone heard the status of this or why the poll was posted?

I can imagine that it has to do with the huge "ads" and graphics contained in some VP's sig lines (certain images beat the software's 15 line limit) . . . best guess for the dust up (if there is one).

Didn't see it and I would still post. My signature line just makes it easier for the guys, one click and you're sending me an email or at my website.
I hate those sig lines that have pictures and huge fonts.

Agreed, Omahan. Sig lines have long been an issue (as Omahan can attest as a former mod). There is a significant population on ECCIE that would have sig lines disappear across the board for everyone . . . at times I am in favor of such change myself. Links to your Website and contact info could be set to appear on the left side under your name and other info (in the board software as a feature already) - and it seems much cleaner to me that way . . .
