my advice to you would be:

- stop offering half hours
- raise your rates

those two acts alone will weed out the majority of undesirables and solve 90% of your problems

for the other 10% i suggest you spend time reading through posts from both the public forums and the leaks site. refuse to see anyone who displays a misogynistic attitude towards women in their posts, refers to providers as "hookers", comes across as demanding and entitled, frequents the AC/SC's/MP's, complains about rates, or just generally gives you the impression that they are going to be a pain in your ass.

like you said in your first post, if someone doesn't like the policies you have in place then they simply do not have to see you. or, as i say - if it isn't you it's just going to be someone else.

remember, you are ultimately in control.
