Mickey3D. You sound like you are an expert at this. I nominate you as the chef for the next M&G.
BTW- Uncle Ralphs Texas Twister Magic Sauce is local?

I say make your own!I like to begin w Kraft thick n spicy Bar B Q sauce. Add honey, brown sugar (dark or light), Worcestershire sauce (don't skimp), water, and then however you like it (hot pepper/bourbon/pepper/etc)

 It's super!

The one I posted for fish?
 I would not.

I have used ginger sesame and raspberry (That soaks in so easy does it) as well as other refrigerated salad dressings from Wegman's, though. Broiled and placed on salad.

My fave for fish is trout baked with milk butter salt and pepper...

OMG I love to cook so I should bow out of this thread because I will bore the hell out of everybody!

It's soooo attractive to hear about recipes, right? Lol

I will have to ask him how that turtle dove was. I would think BBQ partridge would be better.

Any BBQ sauce on doove would help hide the awful sweet smell.

GP, yep... Uncle Ralph is Ralph B. of Uncle Ralphs Steak Out.... he can be found cooking at many bars and special events around the Roc in the summer months. Good guy, good grub! pretty damn good sauces for a local guy. I think he's making 8 different sauces now.

Oh and for fish, I would make a papaya/mango salsa with onion, tomato and cilantro. Make a basic salsa, divide in half, puree half with juice from a few key limes and dash of lemoncello liqour and good olive oil. Use as a quick marinade then serve fish after grilling with remaining salsa.

i like to use the dinosaur bbq for meatloaf. put it in a deep pan and let slow cook in sauce. also liptons onion soup mix in hamburger drenched in bbq sauce slow cook on grill with cheese. those are awsome. oh for the record when i glanced at the title of this thread it threw me off. i saw BBQ and thought it was some new term i didnt know. then though bare back quarterbacking? thought it might be some new k9 posistion lol.

Nice one! I would add bareback K9 during menses. You know Wango Tango for the hot dog. Add that fucker to the acronym list.
