I have a new location and I would like to set up a mini bar. I am not a big drinker so I have now clue of how to do this or what to put in the mini bar....any suggestions?

i suggest buying the mini bottles they have at the liquor store for starters
my gents love that i keep a variety, and you can send them away with a couple

I am not a drinker lol what kind of little mini liquor bottles? I mean, not that I have never had drink or that I do not do it socially..just clueless of how to make anything or what to have that may need to be mixed or can be mixed.

Why not have some white & red wine and beer on hand.
And if your dates drink the hard stuff. Ask them what they like and perhaps stock by preference.
I don't like the hard liquor smell on my dates. So I prefer not to have any on hand.

And always keep cold bottled water on hand. Better to send them off with water than with liquor.

I'm with the wine and beer idea.
A bottle of red and a bottle of white, maybe a six pack each of bud and coors. (Lights are usually the preference)

I wouldn't set up a huge bar though, for the most part guys are fine with bringing their own if you just let them know it's OK.
My home bar has bourbon, tequila, rum, vodka and scotch. (plus the beer and wine)
I've never found a drinker yet that couldn't make do with something I have.
Just keep a couple of mixers handy, coke, cranberry and orange juice usually cover it.

I have a full bar and offer all my Clients a drink of their choice, from water, soda, juice, beer, wine, or liquor. Some partake and some do not, but at least I make the offer to each of them. Many of my Clents bring a bottle of wine and we open it and share, a few like to bring hard liquor and we share that, too.

Great idea....I say a variety of beers ...small bottles of scotch/vodka/crown and jack are in my bar
also some sodas and seltzer water...i also have bowls of candy handy to snack on
