				 Provider Trading Cards

OK so I just got back from a work convention in Vegas and when you walk down the strip you literally have these people stuffing these little trading card size ads for way hot providers in your hand. I mean super model women for 35 bucks (ya right, does anyone actually believe that?)
I was thinking how freaking cool it would be to have provider trading cards. Now I know it's pretty impossible to do it in reality as a tangible piece of paper, but we could actually do it as an internet type card. And even if that idea doesn't work in reality it would be way fun to talk about it.

I can already think of the providers I'd want in trading cards.

or E-business cards for providers.
Ze could start a whole new business just doing the E-cards.

So what would you like on your individual trading card? And it wouldn't have to stop with providers. you single guys, or the married ones that are insane could have your own little E-cards too.

A perforated edge saying "Buy one, Get one FREE".
Sorry, I couldn't resist. The idea of a "mini showcase" that can be copied to a hidden directory, email folder etc. would be nice.

In 1996 I got a $2k cbj from a really hot chick off one of those cards in Vegas, for only $1k more I could have had the vip service |

I like it! "Hey, I've got a 1999 Kayla, her rookie season. I'll trade you for a 2007 Ze and the entire 2000 series of Nina Ross. It's a real collector's item!"

I do have such a secret file on my computer with a picture of almost every provider/stripper I've seen. My most prized are the ones I've taken myself (with consent of course).

I guess wouldn't really be interested in pictures or trading cards of providers I haven't seen or had no desire to see. But I can see how it might be fun for others.

Kayla, love you girl. What a idea, glad I wasn't drinking anything when I read this, because it for sure would have been all over my keyboard. What a fantastic way to advertise, just think about all the misc stats that could be place on the back. But as fast as some come and go you wouldn't have time to print the card before they were gone. Also taxes would go up due to the added expense of all the LE shops having to build an extra wall to hold their tradeing card collection

			Just what men need.
They attend a gathering that no one sponsors or talk about.

Married client forgets the cards being slipped into various pockets.

Wife goes to collect his clothes for the wash and voila, Hooker trading cards.

Or given the stalking and outing lately, I could see someone collecting the cards for all his reviews and mailing them to his wife.

Sorry to be a downer on this but..

BTW, did anyone ever get a copy of that ASPD escort calendar?

Once there are provider playing cards, can a fantasy draft be far behind?
With his first pick in the first round, Aceshigh selects ...

if someone is not sharp enough to recognize and deal w/ the risks of accepting such a car, then they deserve the consequences.

I'd love this. or you could have reference cards. Only way you could get them is by seeing the girl and has her signature on it.

Great way to keep the clumsy clients caught though. =X

Not to side track this but how many clients know off the bat to get a hobby phone? Hobby email?

A lot of new guys enter the hobby every day and it helps when more experienced clients point out the dangers. Pretty sure when 32Flavors created his "Hobby Primer for the married man" back on ASPD it helped a lot of new guys avoid issues. 32Flavors learned some of his lessons in the hobby the hard way but also learned many things from those around him willing to share and was hoping others didn't make the same mistakes because maybe the next guy would get caught and end up divorced with no contact with his kids because his wife found out he was seeing prostitutes.

Maybe instead of my using the word downer, a better word choice would have been:

Sorry to bring a dose or reality to this idea.

Which, BTW, had been brought up before back on ASPD and fizzled out very fast.

Just saying.

Ah the escort calendar!! I hadn't thought of that in ages!Quote:

Wasn't Charli Knoxx collecting donations for the printing and was going to sell them at the socials?

It was an exciting few months with votes being placed for which ladies would be included; photo sessions scheduled for solo and double shoots. I think the gentlemen were even able to sponsor a provider's photo shoot or outfit.

Did anyone get one?? (Did any of you prepay for the calendar LOL!)

There was a lot of talk of cover stories and where the married men would keep their copies. Obviously the title couldn't be "The Providers of ASPD" if the calendar was going to hang in the garage at home
  (Maybe the "Venetian Garden Club").
I wish we could get fired up over some fun group project again. I love Kayla for trying to ignite some creativity and energize the community.

Trading cards may not be it, and the raffle thing TravelingMan had seemed to have some drawbacks too (but it also was a neat idea while it was running and I participated.)

Just so you know, I can print those on REAL trading card stock etc.. I can do the tear off cards too. If anyone is interested, PM me, I'll even knock 15% off of standard pricing for verified providers..
